Essential Qualifications and Experience
We look for the following qualities and qualifications in our ideal cabin crew candidates:
- Experience: A minimum of one year in hospitality or customer service roles.
- Teamwork & Service: A positive outlook and a passion for working in diverse, multicultural environments.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Grade 12).
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in both spoken and written English. Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Height Requirements: Minimum height of 160 cm, with the ability to reach 212 cm on tiptoes to access onboard emergency equipment.
- Appearance: No visible tattoos while in uniform (tattoos should not be covered with makeup or bandages).
- Work Location: Must be willing to live in Dubai and meet UAE employment visa criteria.

Compensation and Benefits For Cabin Crew
Pay Structure
Your salary will consist of:
- Basic Salary: AED 4,430/month
- Flying Pay: AED 63.75 per flying hour (average 80–100 hours/month)
- Total Average Monthly Pay: Approximately AED 10,170 (~USD 2,770 | EUR 2,710 | GBP 2,280)
Additional Benefits
- Meal allowances for overnight layovers (paid in arrears the following month)
