Job Role: Software Development Engineer (Entry-Level)
This is an excellent opportunity for junior developers and recent graduates looking to apply modern software engineering practices in an agile environment. The role involves end-to-end development, from prototyping and coding to deployment and production support.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable software applications and APIs using modern development frameworks
- Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, and development teams to meet functional and technical goals
- Apply best practices like Test-Driven Development (TDD), Continuous Integration (CI/CD), and Microservices Architecture
- Conduct user testing, code reviews, and performance optimizations
- Follow secure coding standards and ensure applications meet compliance and cybersecurity protocols
- Write clean, reusable, and well-documented code
- Resolve technical issues across development and production environments

Qualifications – What You’ll Need to Succeed
Minimum Requirements:
- 0–2 years of experience in software development, programming, or IT support
- Proficiency in Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, SQL, Shell Scripting, Unix/Linux, and Windows OS
- Exposure to front-end frameworks like AngularJS and jQuery
- Understanding of Agile methodologies and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Experience with Git, GitHub, Bitbucket, or similar version control systems
- Awareness of application security best practices
- High school diploma or equivalent; U.S. work authorization; minimum age 18
Preferred Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- Experience in DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
