We’re currently seeking qualified candidates to join our team as Synthetic Flight Instructors (SFI) for Airbus aircraft. This is a ground-based, full-time position located in Dubai, offering a competitive salary of 240,000 QAR and a long-term, growth-oriented career path.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver FSTD (Flight Simulation Training Device) sessions for type ratings, recurrent and recency training, and ground school programs in line with Emirates Airlines and GCAA standards.
- Maintain detailed records and assessments using Emirates’ digital reporting tools.
- Identify pilots who need additional support and recommend remedial training where needed.
- Propose improvements to enhance training effectiveness, safety, and standardization.
- Participate in course development, ad hoc projects, and additional duties as assigned.
- Eligible candidates may be considered for future advancement to Synthetic Flight Examiner (SFE) roles based on Emirates’ operational needs.
Minimum Requirements
Licensing:
- Must currently hold or have previously held a CPL (Commercial Pilot License), MPL (Multi-Crew Pilot License), or ATPL (Airline Transport Pilot License).
Experience:
- At least 12 months of active experience as an Instructor or Examiner.
- A minimum of 1,500 hours of flight time as a pilot on multi-crew aircraft.
Skills:
- Strong communication abilities and proven leadership skills.
- In-depth understanding of training methodologies and aviation safety protocols.
