We’re hiring a Senior DevOps Engineer to help shape the future of our tech ecosystem. You’ll work within our fast-paced DevOps and Automation team, building resilient infrastructure and ensuring our products are delivered faster, safer, and more efficiently across a multi-cloud environment.
Role Summary
As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will lead the development and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines, streamline software delivery, and champion automation at scale. You will partner with cross-functional teams to implement best practices in DevOps, container orchestration, and cloud adoption. This is a high-impact role for those passionate about operational excellence and cloud-native technology in a global aviation setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and manage automated CI/CD pipelines integrating code quality, security checks, and testing frameworks.
- Optimize deployment processes across hybrid and multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Implement and manage infrastructure as code using tools like Terraform, Ansible, Puppet, or CloudFormation.
- Deploy and scale microservices using Docker, Kubernetes, and OpenShift, reducing complexity and boosting speed.
- Monitor system performance with modern observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk, and AppDynamics.
- Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure and deployment issues in real-time, ensuring high system availability.
- Collaborate with development teams to embed DevOps principles into software design and delivery.
- Apply Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles to ensure system resilience, performance, and availability.
- Guide and mentor junior team members in DevOps tools, automation practices, and cloud technologies.
What You’ll Bring
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 3+ years of experience in DevOps, cloud operations, or infrastructure automation.
Technical Skills & Tools
- Cloud Platforms: AWS, Azure, GCP, VMWare, OpenStack.
- Containerization & Orchestration: Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift, Helm.
- CI/CD Tools: Jenkins, Git, Maven, Gradle, Azure DevOps, Nexus, Artifactory.
- Automation & IaC Tools: Terraform, Ansible, Puppet, CloudFormation, ARM Templates.
- Monitoring & Logging: ELK stack, Zabbix, Prometheus, Fluentd, Grafana, Dynatrace.
- Scripting Languages: Python, Go, Shell, Ruby, YAML, JSON.
- Operating Systems: Linux (RedHat/CentOS) and Windows environments.
Preferred Experience
- Multi-cloud architecture and deployment.
