Core Responsibilities – Aircraft Loading Supervisor
- Enforce dnata’s ground operations procedures and ensure daily compliance.
- Lead the ground team during loading/unloading operations for arrival and departure flights.
- Conduct safety briefings and promote a safe working culture.
- Ensure loading aligns with the Load Instruction Report Form (LIRF) and aircraft load sheets.
- Communicate with cabin and cockpit crews to collect boarding and fuel data.
- Coordinate closely with Customer Service Leaders regarding boarding, offloading, and final passenger figures.
- Independently manage below-wing operations for freighter aircraft.
- Escalate Ground Services Equipment (GSE) concerns to shift managers.
- Guide and coach team members for performance improvement and safety adherence.
- Oversee the entire turnaround process and ensure resource availability.
Required Qualifications to Join Emirates Airline as Aircraft Loading Supervisor
To be eligible for the role of Aircraft Loading Supervisor, you should have:
- A high school certificate (12 years of education) or a diploma
- 4–6 years of experience in ground handling, aircraft services, or customer service
- A valid UAE Driving License for Airside Driving Permit (ADP) eligibility
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
- Strong leadership and operational decision-making skills
