Your Role as a Facilitator, Leadership Development
Key Responsibilities
As a valued member of the Leadership Development team, your responsibilities will include:
- Leading instructor-led training sessions focused on leadership growth, diversity, and people-oriented programs.
- Collaborating with business units to identify leadership gaps and design custom learning interventions.
- Creating and managing comprehensive development programs—from logistics and content creation to post-session evaluations.
- Coordinating all program materials such as facilitator guides, assessments, and progress reports.
- Partnering with Talent Management, People Business Partners, and external vendors to align learning strategies with business goals.
- Analyzing trends in talent development to continuously refine and elevate learning experiences.
- Administering learning logistics such as classroom scheduling, LMS tracking, and attendance monitoring.
What We’re Looking For
Basic Qualifications
To succeed in this Facilitator, Leadership Development position, you’ll need:
- A bachelor’s degree in education, instructional design, organizational development, or a related discipline.
- At least 5 years of experience in leadership development or talent management.
Preferred Qualifications
Candidates with the following experience will stand out:
- Certification or background in executive coaching or performance coaching.
- Hands-on experience with enterprise-level leadership programs.
- Confidence in engaging and presenting to senior executives.
- Familiarity with training methodologies, e-learning tools, and curriculum design.
